Nannette De Gaspé might be the world’s firmest believer in dry sheet masking. If the concept seems weird, it’s because, well, if you’re used to drippy sheet masks that leave you wiping serum off your neck, a dry sheet mask sounds almost inconceivable. But for De Gaspé, they’re essentially the only option.

Nannette De Gaspé’s namesake line, which launched in September 2016, contains dry masks for the face, eyes, lips, hands, and, yes, even butt and are sold on Net-a-Porter. When her brand launched, De Gaspé wanted to know what consumers thought, so she did the logical thing — she googled her brand. What she found was that interest in dry masking was high. After all, masks are at an all-time high in popularity levels, and De Gaspé’s dry masks can be used three to five times each. Not to mention that the novelty factor is enough to draw anyone’s attention. But many consumers simply couldn’t afford to test out De Gaspé’s technology.

Now, at the start of 2018, the brand has created its own, more-accessibly-priced line, Miss de Gaspé, which will launch with three — you guessed it — dry sheet masks. The new treatments are geared toward a younger consumer, and cost $36 each, for the same three to five uses as the original line. In fact, the masks even use the same revolutionary delivery system as Nannette de Gaspé’s masks.
